Colton Chavez breaks loose for 8 of his 95 yards in Legacy's
31-7 Win over Front Range newcomer Mountain Range

After a sluggish start the Lightning exploded with a 21 point 3rd quarter Friday night beating Mountain Range 31-7. As reported in the Rocky Mountain News, Coach V took a "subdued approach" at halftime, "We just told them at half it was simple, we were just beating ourselves right now". The lightning had 10 penalties for 85 yds in the first half alone.

Coach V's approached worked as the Lightning came out on fire in the 3rd quarter with 21 quick points to put the game away. Next up for the Lightning is Ft. Collins next Friday night at North Stadium.
