Mesa State Math Professor Erik Packard (a PhD in Mathematics from Texas Tech University)has created a computer "Power Ranking" system that ranks all 288 high school football teams in Colorado. After week 2 Professor Packard's system has the Legacy Lightning ranked 40th just behind 3A Roosevelt.
