Week 4 Prime Time Players: D..D..D..

On a Night that the Defensive line held Northglenn to 10 yards on the ground and the Lightning LB's and DB's picked off 4 passes - All 11 on the "D" are this weeks "Prime Time Players"

Defensive Line: Nick Kasa (#77) Shawn Jenkins (#72) Alan Tucker (#76) Ryan Paulson (#52) (above)- If there is a better front four in the state they probably play on Saturdays in Boulder. The front 4 of the Lightning completely shut down the Northglenn running attack holding them to 10 yards on 13 carries the ground.

Nate Pickens (#6) (Left) makes a spectacular one handed interception, the first of 2 on the night. Field general Ashton Renshaw (#8) also had one and Corey Ayers (#10) sprinted 60 yards for a Touchdown with another as the Lightning had a total of 4 picks on the night.

LB's Enrique Guerroro (#20), Brian Toth (#40), Kaden Hush (#54) and Corners Alfred Hall (#24) and Cameron Brown (#19) all contributed big time on Thursday night.

Big hits, sacks, and picks were the order of the night as the swarmming Lightning D showed why the entire D deserve to be "Prime Time Players".
